Ingredients

  • Key Lime Pie Home made or Honeymaid Graham Cracker Crust (my favorite over Keebler) 1 9" Prepared Graham cracker crust
  • If smaller crust, you will have too much so buy some of the small individual ones for excess to eat yourself.
  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk (3 cans)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Key Lime Juice (Nellie & Joe's yellow bottle best)
  • 1 Tbls. grated lime zest
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime rind.
Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes or longer. until tiny bubbles burst on the surface of the pie. Doesn't always happen and usually takes longer than time stated just make sure it is firm.
DO NOT BROWN!
Chill pie thoroughly before serving.
Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream.
