Ham and Swiss Crescent Braid

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups chopped, cooked ham
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over to 375. Spray cookie sheet.

Combine ham, broccoli, cheese, mushrooms, mayo, and mustard.

Form a 15 x 12 inch rectangle with dough. Press edges and perforations.

Spoon ham mixture in 6 inch strip down center. With scissors, make cuts 1 1/2 inches apart toward ham mixture in center. Twisting each strip once, alternately cross strips over filling. Seal. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375 for 28 to 33 minutes.
