Cheesy Sausage Penne Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage
- 2 garlic cloves,minced
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce(4 c)
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 pkg. cream cheese,softened
- 2 c. sour cream
- 6 green onions,sliced
- 4 c. cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and garlic until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 20 mins. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions and drain. In small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions. In a 9x13 dish, layer half the pasta, half the sausage sauce, half the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle half the cheddar cheese(in that order). Repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins or until bubbly. Put cookie sheet on rack below in case of dripping.
