Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 C sliced almonds
  • 1/2 t ground nutmeg
  • 2 T rum
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C eggnong
  • 1/4 C oil

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange almonds on the bottom of a greased bundt pan. Mix all other ingredients with an electric mixer for five minutes. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minuts, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate.
