  • 8 cups ranch flavored tortilla chips with cheddar
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1-1/2 cups wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • blue cheese
  • chopped celery

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread chips on rimmed baking sheet or in a shallow dish.

2. Bring wing sauce and water to a simmer. add shredded chicken, heat through. Strain the chicken reserving the suace.

3. Top tortilla chips with chicken, then bake at 475 deg. in the upper third of the oven until melted, about 5 min.

4. Top with blue cheese, celery and reserve wing sauce.
