Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 cp creamy peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cp oil
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cp (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine the cake mix, peanut butter, egg and oil.

Press two-thirds of the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.

In a heavy saucepan, heat the milk, chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stir until blended. Pour over crust. sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes longer or until golden brown.
