Ingredients
- 1 1/4 1 ¼ lb. Pork tenderloin sliced into patties
- 2 T Oil
- 1 C Seasoned flour
- 1 Onion, small, chopped
- 1 Clove of garlic, pressed
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C Chicken broth

Step 1
1. Dredge pork patties in flour, brown well in oil. Sauté onion and garlic.
2. Add 2 T flour to onion mixture, stir to remove lumps. Add broth and cook until smooth and slightly thickened.
3. Return pork patties to gravy, cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, until pork is fully cooked and tender.
