Ingredients

  • 1/4 C green onion
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 2 C cooked rice
  • 1 - 12 1/2 Oz tuna
  • 1 C dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 C milk
  • 2 Slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 t rosemary crushed or thyme
  • 1 Medium tomato
  • 1/3 C cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, cook onions in butter til tender but no brown. Stir in cooked rice, tuna, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, & spice. Spread in greased 9" pie plate. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle w/ cheese bake 5 minutes longer.
