Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 C cheddar cheese and 1/4 C cream cheese
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 2 T milk
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bake the potatoes. Cool to the point where you can handle them. Cut in half lengthwise and remove meat from the skin. Leave skin whole by being careful not to puncture. Mix the potato in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fill each potato cavity with mixture.
Top with a teaspoon of butter and parmesan. Bake on the top rack of the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
