Spinach Dip (hot)

Ingredients

  • 1 T. chopped japaleno
  • 3/4 ¾ C. chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes (about 2 C.)
  • 10 oz. pkg frozen spinach-thawed & squeezed dry
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 C. half and half
  • In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into greased dish.
  • Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
