CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (Kathy Little)

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 4 stick butter
  • 2 ) 3 cups brown sugar
  • 3 ) 2 cups sugar
  • 4 ) 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 5 ) 4 eggs
  • 6 ) 7 cups flour
  • 7 ) 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 8 ) 2 teaspoons salt
  • 9 ) 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 10 ) 2 packages milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat softened butter,sugars and eggs until creamy and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl. slowly add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Roll dough in rolls. Makes approximately 10 rolls. More or less depending on the size of cookie you want. Lay on cookie sheet and put in freezer and freeze 1 hour. Remove and put in ziploc bag. Take a roll out at a time and slice into 12 slices and bake at 350 for 10 min. Do not over bake! Keep slices even so cookies are baked the same. You can also bake them all using a cookie scoop if you need a lot of cookies! Enjoy!
