Milk Chocolate Fudge Crackles

These are pretty cookies.. with the icing sugar crackle look on top

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup Semi Sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave semi sweet chips and butter till melted. Let cool 5 minutes.

Add Eagle brand milk and vanilla. Stir well. Add flour, baking powder salt and milk chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours till firm.

Sift icing sugar in bowl. Roll cookie dough in balls about 1 1/4" wide. Drop balls into icing sugar till coated. Place on baking sheets about 1 1/2" apart.

Bake at 325 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and then move to wire racks.
