  • 1 1/2 lbs round steak
  • 2-4 t. flour
  • 1/2 lb sliced carrots
  • 1 package, dry onion soup mix
  • 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c water

Step 1

1 ) cut steak into serving size pieces, dredge in flour

2) place carrots in bottom of cooker; top with steaks

3) combine soup mix, tomato sauce wand water; pour over steak

4) cover; cook low 8-10 hours
