Orange Carrot Sauce

One of Shirl Cooper's recipes. Very nice sauce to put over carrots.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon corn starch
• 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Cook in microwave oven on high for 30 seconds at a time until thickened. Poor over cooked carrots.
