Ingredients
- 4 •4 cups day old bread
- 3 •3 cups soy milk
- 3/4 •3/4 cup sugar
- 1 •1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 •1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 •1 cup raisins
- 1/2 •1/2 cup chopped almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put the bread into a 9 inch square baking pan. Stir the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over the bread. Stir to mix.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
