Casonsei

Ingredients

  • For the filling:
  • Half pound Italian Sauasage, casings removed and crumbled
  • Quarter cup olive oil
  • 5 ounces ricotta
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the sausge until ight browned, about 10 minutes over medium heat. Turn out into a bowl and fold in the ricotta, season with salt and pepper; and cool to room temperature.

Fill the pasta with the mixture.
