Ingredients
- For the filling:
- Half pound Italian Sauasage, casings removed and crumbled
- Quarter cup olive oil
- 5 ounces ricotta
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the sausge until ight browned, about 10 minutes over medium heat. Turn out into a bowl and fold in the ricotta, season with salt and pepper; and cool to room temperature.
Fill the pasta with the mixture.
