Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, boiled and peeled
- 1 T garlic
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 t parsley
- 1 t oregano
- 1 T dry white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in olive oil and butter. Add cooked shrimp. Add wine, parsley and oregano. Toss. Serve immediately with some pasta on the side with white or red sauce.
