Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain. Put in casserole. Cut up 1/2 stick margarine and Velveeta into broccoli and stir until almost melted. Melt 1/2 stick margarine. Mix margarine and crumbled Ritz crackers. Put on top of broccoli. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until heated through.
