Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese and one tablespoon margarine. Beat well. Add chicken, chives, salt, pepper, milk; mix well.
Separate dough. Press each to form 7 x 4 inch rectangle. Spoon 1/2 cup of chicken mixture into the center of rectangle. Pull 4 corners to center and twist firmly. Pinch edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with melted margarine. Sprinkle with stuffing. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
