Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup French salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked long-grain rice, chilled
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup celery

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, curry powder, salt and pepper. In large bowl, combine chicken, rice, oranges and celery. Pour salad dressing mixture over all. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour.
