Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup French salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 1/2 cups cooked long-grain rice, chilled
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup celery
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, curry powder, salt and pepper. In large bowl, combine chicken, rice, oranges and celery. Pour salad dressing mixture over all. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour.
