- orange filling
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. corn starch
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges drained and finely chopped
- (1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 1/4 tsp.)
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 c. whipped cream
- 1/2 tsp. orange extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. sugar sprinkle

Step 1
Reserving 9 sections stir sugar and cornstarch in 1 qt. Pan mix in remaining ingredients except oranges boil stir one minutes. Remove, add oranges chill. whipped cream frosting: Gelatin over water heat stir in dissolved. Gradually stir in whipping cream cover and chill beat cream mixture, orange and vanilla extract, sugar. Beat.
