Step 1

Mix together and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown, cook 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup cool whip 1 8 ounce cream cheese, beat together and fold into softened cream cheese spread on top of cooled cruse 1 package instant chocolate pudding 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix each with 1 1/2 cup milk spread on top of creamed mixture one at a time. Top with cool whip.
