• 1 c. yellow corn meal
• 1/2 c. flour
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 c. milk
• mix add
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1 can cream corn
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 3 eggs

Step 1

Whip 3 eggs fold in mixture. Grate 9 ounce cheddar cheese layer mixture cheese etc bake for 1 hour.
