Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk or greek plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about one teaspoon)
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, and set aside. (The sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up two days.)
