Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of margerine
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 T dried onion
  • 2 pound bag of frozen hashbrowns

Preparation

Step 1

Melt stick of butter with cheddar cheese. Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup (no water, just what is in the can), and the dried onion. Place hashbrowns in pan and pour melted cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
