Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. macaroni
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 red onion
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt/Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni in salted water until tender and drain. Chop onion, celery, and olives and mix well with macaroni. Add salt, pepper and mayo. Add hard boiled eggs and chopped parsley (+ chopped green peppers if desired.
