Ingredients
- 3 Scotch Bonnet or habenero peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 6 scallions (whites) Chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut or canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1
In a blender or mini food processor, combine all the ingredients; pulse to a coarse past.
