Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 bars Hershey Chocolate (shave on large side of grater)
  • 1/2 pkgs chocolate chips
  • 1 box Ducan Heins Yellow Cake Mix
  • Small box of vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • Confectioner's Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In mixer beat eggs, add yellow cake mix, instant pudding, oil and water. Mix real well. Then mix 1/2 part of shaved chocolate into bowl and all chocolate chips.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan.

Pour batter into tube pan and bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour.

Remove from oven and invert on cake dish. While still hot sprinkle on top of cake the balance of the shaved chocolate. Then sprinkle confectioner's sugar on top.
