Mac and cheese (slow cooker)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 4 c. shredded cheddar, divided
  • 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) combine all items except 1 c. cheese in greased cooker. sprinkle remaining cheese on top

2) cover; cook low 3-4 hours. do not remove lid until mixture has finished cooking
