Ingredients

  • 2 Large Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Large Onion, diced
  • 1 t Dried Parsley
  • Water
  • 4 T Butter
  • Half and Half cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Barely cover potatoes, onion, parsley, S & P with water. Simmer until tender.

2. Slightly mash potatoes, add butter and stir until melted.

3. Add cream, stirring until desired consistency. Reheat slowly.
