Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 large stalk celery
- 1 large clove garlic
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 4 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. chili ponder
- 2/3 c. beer
- 1-16 oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1-8 oz. tomatoes sauce
- 1 -6 oz. tomatoes paste
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper season
- 1 1/2 bay leafs crumbled
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water

Step 1
Stir fry onion garlic pepper, celery and garlic until brown add beef cook add chili powder cumin garlic and onion salt add other ingredients water to cover cook 3 hours.
