Peach Nut Butter

• 1 c. pecans or almonds
• 1/2 c butter or margarine
• 1/2 c. peach preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Place nuts in blender container or food processor bowl. Cover; blend or process until finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl.

Place 1/2 c butter or margarine, cut up and softenend, and peach preserves in the blender contaner or food processor bowl. Cover and blend until combined, sopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. Add preserves mixture to the nuts in the bowll Mix will. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes 1 1/2 c. (24-1 tbsp serving)
