  • 2 1/2 c. Aunt Jemima Pancake mix
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp. margarine (melted)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking pan. Combine pancake mix, 3/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon. Add banana, milk, egg and oil. Spread in pan. Mix nuts, 1/4 brown sugar and marg. Spread on top. Bake 30 minutes.
