Poppyseed Bread/Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 C. Flour
  • 1 1/8 C. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. almond extract
  • 2 T. poppy seed
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 2 ½ C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ C. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Placed in 2 greased bread pans, cook for 55 minutes. Can also place in muffin pans. Cool. Pour glaze over top: ¾ C. powdered sugar, ¼ C. orange juice, 2 tsp. melted butter, 2 tsp. almond.
