Ingredients
- 10 Oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. sour cream
- 1 C. mayo
- 4 oz. pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream and soup mix. Add water chestnuts and green onion. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Serve with bread, Triscuits, etc.
