- Walnut-Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 T walnut oil
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 t honey
- Salt and pepper
- Salad
- 2 1/2 cups chopped radicchio
- 2/1 /2 cups baby spinach, washed well
- 1 cup red grape halves

Step 1
To make the dressing. In a small bowl whisk the walnut oil, vinegar, and honey to blend completely. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the radicchio, spinach, grapes, celery, and walnuts. Toss the salad to combine. Add the blue cheese and vinaigrette and toss to coat.
