Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup peanutbutter (creamy)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups cool whip
- 2 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant choc. pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups coolwhip

Step 1
CRUST:
Mix flour and butter together and agg nuts. Predd evenly into a 13x9 pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. COOL
2nd LAYER:
Cream together peanutbutter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 2 cups cool whip. Stir over crust.
3rd LAYER:
Mix pudding and milk. Pour over the 2nd layer.
Now top with the remaining 2 cups coolwhip. Top with choc, shavings. Refrigerate atleast 3 hours or overnight for best results.
