Ingredients
- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup black olives
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 ½ tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. hot pepper flakes
- 3 thin slices lemon, quartered
Preparation
Step 1
Place the olives in a jar. Whisk together the oil, garlic, oregano, and hot pepper flakes; pour this mixture over the olives. Add the lemon slices. Seal and marinade the olives in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Let the olives come to room temperature before serving.
