Tuna Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 c. cooked corkscrew Macaroni (about 3 c. dry)
  • 2 c. cooked mixed vegetables or peas
  • 1 small onion finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
  • 2 cans (about 6 oz. each) Tuna, drained and flaked
  • salad greens and tomato slices

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl mix soup, mayonnaise and vinegar. In large bowl toss macaroni, vegetables, onions, tuna and soup mixture until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve on salad greens with tomato.
