Ingredients
- 2 lb. brown beef
- 1 lb. gizzards
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 lb. onion, salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 1/2 lb. tomato paste
- 1 lb. liver (optional)

Step 1
Brown meat in oil grind all other ingredients and add. Brown all lightly add spices and tomato paste and water. Till you have 6 quarts.
