  • 2 lb. brown beef
  • 1 lb. gizzards
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 lb. onion, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 lb. tomato paste
  • 1 lb. liver (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in oil grind all other ingredients and add. Brown all lightly add spices and tomato paste and water. Till you have 6 quarts.
