Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• Bring to room temp.
• 2-3 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 medium jar marshmallow creme
• 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 carton of whipping cream, whipped
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cream cheese, 1/2 cup Miracle Whip, 7 oz. marshmallow creme to room temperature. Mix in mixer. Add large can fruit cocktail and small can crushes pineapple. Fold in whipped cream, chopped pecans and a pinch of salt.

Freeze in foil muffin cups or 3 qt. flat pyrex.

Top with dressing: 1/2 cup whipped cream, 1/2 cup miracle whip, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. powdered sugar.
