Ingredients
- 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (optional to remove skin)
- (Any chicken pieces may be substituted)
- 1 Large Bunch Cilantro
- 1 1/2 Large Onions
- 6 Fresh Tomotillas (or 1 can undrained)
- 6-9 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1
Wash Cilantro and remove the stems. Chop up coarsely and place in a blender. Add coarsely chopped onion, quartered tomotillas and whole garlic cloves. Blend until it is coarsely pureed. Add salt and pepper. Place chicken in a baking dish (one layer only) and pour mixture over the chicken. Cover and back at 375 degrees for half an hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes. Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
