- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/3 c Irish Whiskey
- 2/3 c Very Strong Coffee (black)
- Dollop Whipping Cream

Into a stemmed Irish Coffee Mug, brown sugar, add whiskey and coffee. Mug should be filled within 1/2" of the brim. Stir well ensuring all brown sugar is dissolved. Carefully float over the back of a spoon a collar of lightly whipped cream.
Part of the pleasure of drinking Irish Coffee comes from sipping the hot coffee and whiskey through to cool cream.
