Ingredients
- OPTIONAL:
- White rice; any type
- Stewed tomatoes
- yellow/purple sliced, diced onions
- Cumin, to taste
- Garlic, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 can bullion cubes
- Celery
- Carrots
- Peppers
- Mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Brown rice in small amount of oil. As browning, add spices and tomatoes. Stir occasionally so will not stick.
For 1 cup rice add 2 cups water, 1 chicken bullion cube; cover and boil 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and options. Cook until tender. DON'T STIR - move spoon side to side.
