7 Minute Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teas cream of tarter
  • 1/8 teas salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teas vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water, beat with rotary beaters until mixture holds a soft peak. Remove top of double boiler from lower part and beat until mixture holds a stiff peak. Beat in vanilla. Frosts 2 -8-9 inch layer cakes.
