Ingredients
- Sauce Mixture:
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken parts
- 4 Small Zucchini
- 4 Small yellow Squash
- 4 Medium Sweet Red Peppers
- 4 oz Small Fresh Mushrooms
- 3/4 C Honey
- 1/2 C Prepared Mustard
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken, Squash, and Peppers into 1" pieces. Thread along with Mushrooms alternately onto skewers. In a saucepan combine and brings to a boil for 1 minute or until thick the following:
3/4 C Honey
1/2 C Prepared Mustard
1/4 C Water
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
Grill Kabobs 10 Minutes turning often. Brush Kabobs with prepared glaze. Grill 5 more minutes or until Chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Serve with Rice.
