  • Filling:
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin (one can)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Topping:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick of butter

Step 1

Mix the filling ingredients and pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Crumble together 1 yellow cake mix (dry) with 1 cube margarine (melted). Top the crumbly mixture on top of the pumpkin. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
