Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, diced
- 1 6 oz keebler chocolate flavored pie crust
- 1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
- 1 pk (4 serving) jello sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2/3 cup carnation nonfat milk powder
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
- 3/4 cup cool whip
- 2 chocolate graham crackers made into crumbs
- Hint: To prevent banana's from turning brown, mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice or sprinkle with Fruit Fresh.
Preparation
Step 1
Layer the bananas in the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle 2 tbsp peanuts over the bananas. In a large bowl, combine the dry milk powder the pudding mix and the water. Mix with a wire wisk until well blended. Blend in the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the bananas and peanuts. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Spread the cool whip evenly over the top of the pie. In a small bowl, add remaining 2 tbsp of peanuts with the cracker crumbs and spread evenly over the cool whip. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
