Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Ground Beef (Chuck if possible)
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten, room temperature
  • 3 Slices White Bread
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 Medium Onion, Diced
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

In a loaf pan, soak Bread in Milk and throw in Onions, Ground Beef, Salt, Pepper, and Eggs. Wash your hands, plunge them into the pan. Mix by squeezing the ingredients thru your fingers. Pat mixture evenly into the loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour.
